A: Dating4Disabled.com uses advanced screening technology, as well as manual filtering in order to prevent scammers from entering the site. Unfortunately, unwanted visitors slip through the cracks, and here is where your good judgment comes in. Just as in real life, you must proceed with caution and good judgment when meeting new people. If anyone asks you for money, or any other suspicious requests, please notify the dating4disabled.com team immediately. Please read the safety section of the site for more detailed information on how to keep yourself safe while using this site.
The member who's message or forum posting you are trying to read has been deleted from Dating4Disabled.com. This is because of a violation of the Terms and Conditions agreement, which includes solicitation, abuse and asking members for money. You will no longer be able to view correspondence with this member and their profile has been deleted.
A: If you would like to delete/ freeze your account at Dating4Disabled.com, you must choose to freeze your account. You can do so by going to Settings and click on Freeze (under Freeze Account). Then fill in the reason you want to freeze your account and click on the Freeze button.
At this time your profile will not be available to others and you will not receive messages from members. After your account has been frozen for a period of six months, your account will be automatically deleted.
If you would like to unfreeze your account, simply sign in as usual. Note: signing in will restart the six month waiting period.
If you are a paid subscriber, freezing your account will NOT cancel your paid subscription.

But in general, you must disable any pop-up blockers from your internet settings. This includes the built in blockers of yahoo and google toolbars. If you need help doing this, please ask your computer technician.
A: Blog and Forum posting guidelines:
Blog and forum posts must be in accordance with the following:
Avoid copy and pastes in message body of forums and blogs.
Do not post up large parts of cut and paste text,
Do make things easier for others by summarizing the article and including a link to the unabridged version.
What is a long piece of text? Think - would anyone be prepared to sit and read it in the context of a discussion forum?
Kindly note that there are other places on the net in which one can post whatever they wish without limit, but not here.
No, you may not post your e-mail address on the blogs:
By adding your e-mail address and/ or other addresses where you can be contacted , you will find yourself blocked from posting on the site.
Posts that do not adhere to the guidelines may be removed without explanation and site membership may be revoked.
A: You can read messages in one of three cases:
a. You are a paying member.
b. The person who sent you the message is a paying member.
c. You have one point to read a message.
A: Messages will be saved in the inbox for 4 months.
A: All public Dating4Disabled correspondence is monitored, and member profiles are scanned for fraudulent information. At the same time, it is possible for abuse to occur in personal correspondence. Therefore, we have developed an abuse report system by which we identify fraudulent profiles. A Report Abuse button is located at the top of every profile, and we ask our members to please report any suspicious members, messages or postings to Dating4Disabled immediately. This will ensure your safety and the safety of other members.
A: No, by doing so, you will be in violation of site rules and will find yourself blocked.
A: If you have violated site rules by including contact details on your profile, to get unblocked, you'll need to become a paying member.
To access Paypal, go to the 'Donate' button on site and from there, you can take out a site subscription. Example, one month subscription 19.90 US Dollars.
A. The site administrator (AdminD4D) does not have the authority to remove members with paid subscriptions (only the office can do so). As this is an additional step, it may take more than a day or two until the office replies.
In the meanwhile, if you suspect that the person is a scammer, remember to follow safety guidelines.
A: During the month your free point can disappear, that is why it is important to take advantage of your FREE points as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to manually give you another free point, and you will have to wait for the next month or purchase a subscription.
A: This might happen when you receive messages from a fraud user (scammer), that the site's admin have already deleted. When we remove someone from the site, all their messages are also deleted, that's why you no longer see that message (but you still get the mail notification).
